Terms + Conditions

To reserve your date in our diary, we ask for a booking deposit of what we estimate to be

approximately 25% of the final bill + VAT.

​

A booking is not secure in the diary until deposit is received.

​

The booking is non-refundable so we recommend that you take cancellation insurance

should you need to cancel the booking.

​

In the event of postponement due to coronavirus, the deposit would be carried over to a new date.

​

Final guest numbers and the full balance become due 10 days prior to the event.
